TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF PHYSICALLY
- Taking time for rest and to be physically active is not selfish. In fact, it’s the opposite.
- You were put on this earth to use your gifts and make a difference.
- Therefore, you need to be around for a long time!
- Being unhealthy, not eating right, etc. can cause depression, lethargy, brain fog, chronic sickness, and a long list of other issues.
- BOTTOM LINE: The world needs what you have! Make sure you are around for it.

PERFECTION IS THE ENEMY OF PROGRESS
- I’m a perfectionist and I will start when it’s perfect. YOU WILL NEVER GET STARTED!
- Nobody is perfect. Nothing is perfect. Perfection doesn’t exist.
